Do You *NEED* an Immigration Attorney?

Do you need an immigration attorney for your US Fiancee or Spousal Visa petition? Find out.
Hi All!
Your Blossoms Bloggers here with a friendly PSA from the Cherry Blossoms Visa Department:
Chances are very good you WILL NOT require the expensive services of an immigration attorney to prepare your US Fiancee or Spousal Petition.
Do you need one? Keep reading for more.
First off, do you meet the following USCIS Fiancee & Spousal Visa requirements?
1) Do you make at least $18,212 a year? Current minimum annual income for a family of 2 is $18,212 or higher if you have more dependents or if you live in Alaska or Hawaii.
2) If you haven’t married yet, are both you and your fiancée single and eligible to marry?
3) Have you ever been convicted of any of the crimes listed below?
For these crimes contact our office so we can determine whether or not our services are appropriate for you:
- Domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, dating violence, elder abuse, and stalking.
- Crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol on three or more occasions, and such crimes did not arise from a single act.
For these crimes seek the services of an immigration attorney:
- Sexual assault, homicide, murder, manslaughter, rape, abusive sexual contact, sexual exploitation, incest, torture, trafficking, peonage, holding hostage, involuntary servitude, slave trade, kidnapping, abduction, unlawful criminal restraint, false imprisonment, or an attempt to commit any of these crimes.
They say an immigration attorney will charge $5,000 or more, just to prepare a Fiancee Visa Petition. The CB Visa Department provides professional, prompt and effective service, for just a fraction of that cost.
Curious? Give them a call at: 800-322-3267 or drop them an email at visa@blossoms.com. They’re in the office 7:30 to 3:30 Hawaii Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Take a look at pricing here, at www.blossoms.com/visa.php!
