Hey All,

Thanks for hitting up the blog– on behalf of the Cherry Blossoms Staff, we’d like to apologize for the recent downtime. We know it’s important to you to be able to contact your CB Friends, make new friends and keep in touch with your Special Someone!

We also wanted to let you know about the best way to contact the CB Customer Service team.  Our home office is located in Hawaii, and we have agents there, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time (Five hours behind Eastern Daylight Time). We’re open weekdays, but not weekends or Federal Holidays. Our customer Service number is 800.322.3267

We’re a small company, so, unfortunately, we do not have 24 hour customer service at this time. Please bear with us! :D

    my best decision i ever made. m and my wife have been married now 7 months.also were expecting our baby in nov. thanks to cb and there site and visa support i am happiest i have ever been in my life . thanks again cb.
