Sorry for the downtime

Hey All,

Thanks for hitting up the blog– on behalf of the Cherry Blossoms Staff, we’d like to apologize for the recent downtime. We know it’s important to you to be able to contact your CB Friends, make new friends and keep in touch with your Special Someone!

We also wanted to let you know about the best way to contact the CB Customer Service team.  Our home office is located in Hawaii, and we have agents there, Monday thru Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Hawaii Standard Time (Five hours behind Eastern Daylight Time). We’re open weekdays, but not weekends or Federal Holidays. Our customer Service number is 800.322.3267

We’re a small company, so, unfortunately, we do not have 24 hour customer service at this time. Please bear with us!

Dear Friends,

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at Cherry Blossoms! As 2009 comes to an end, we want to give you all some words of encouragement and hope. With holiday parties and family get-togethers, this is the season of friends and family. If you are looking for a special someone, this may still be your lucky year!

If you don’t have family nearby, share the holidays with friends or help someone that may be alone or less fortunate. Volunteering at a soup kitchen, helping kids that need mentoring, or going to see an elderly relative that you rarely visit are all great ways to get out and enjoy the holiday spirit while helping others.

There are no hard and fast rules for celebrating the holidays. With the internet, the world is at your finger tips! There is no better time to connect with family and friends; old and new!
